Engineering
After the concept design is approved, we prepare the technical drawings required for permits and construction.
This includes:
• Structural engineering• Building permit drawings

These drawings are prepared to meet City of Calgary building requirements.
Approvals
We submit the required drawings to the City of Calgary for permit approval.
This stage includes:
• Development Permit (if required)• Building Permit submission
• Coordination with city reviewers
• Responding to permit comments

Build
Once permits are approved, construction begins.
During this phase we coordinate:
• Foundation and framing• Mechanical and electrical trades

Handover

This stage includes:
