A small landing area connects the outside stairs to the foyer, creating a comfortable entry to the home.
The garage level includes storage space and a mechanical room.

This backyard suite is designed as a small but comfortable home. The layout includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area. The living room includes a gas fireplace, creating a warm and relaxing space. The kitchen includes a central island with compact appliances. The bathroom is 5' × 8' and includes a bathtub. The garage level provides extra storage space and a mechanical room with forced-air heating and water tank.
